​Your service call includes travel to your location and up to 30 minutes of hands-on troubleshooting or system evaluation. This may involve light digging if necessary to access key components.

If more extensive digging or trenching is required, a separate charge will apply. I will always communicate any additional charges in advance and explain what I’ve found so far, so you can make an informed decision about how you’d like to proceed. My goal is to ensure transparency and help you choose the best path forward with no surprises.
