Elite Mosquito Misting 1-Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty

Elite Mosquito Misting provides a 1-year limited warranty covering all parts and labor for the installation, repair, and maintenance of your mosquito misting system. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and failures of installed parts under normal operating conditions for one year from the date of installation.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by natural events, including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, freezing weather, or other acts of God
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper operation of the system
Cuts, breaks, or damage to tubing or lines caused by digging, construction, animals, landscaping activity, or other external forces
Issues arising from improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, or tampering by anyone other than an authorized technician
Failures of head unit components, including the motor, timer, or pump, caused by exposure to moisture or freezing conditions
System failures resulting from extended inactivity, including product buildup or clogs in lines, filters, or nozzles

Additional Warranty Information - Freeze Protection and Maintenance

Misting system pumps are especially vulnerable during freezing conditions. If a pump attempts to run while frozen, the impeller or other internal components may be damaged.
